The boy knew about her innermost feelings and fears; he mapped the trails to her most secluded curves and gardens. The boy could tell her ticking clock, her ticking timebomb, and the slightest laugh she faked or the sadness she masked.
What he didn't know about was the photo the girl took when he was sleeping next to her. What he didn't know was how it was the only thing the girl wanted but couldn't have anymore.
